There should also be a site dedicated to listing rip-off programmers and minisite designers that promise work will be completed on time and properly but it never is. I have been waiting for a promised refund for almost 1 year from one of these deadbeats!!. Trying to give them them extra time and breaks just prolongs the pain. I occasionally see them pop up at trade shows and domain conferences and I am concerned that others are getting ripped off by this person as well. Best. references, references, references..........
