He knows what sells and even if .CO doesn't turn out to be the next best thing, he has calculated his names and like you mentioned, "All he needs is a few homeruns and that more than takes care of the rest." I decided to pass as I don't see end users adopting the extension in mass for years (if ever) and I already have plenty of domains with development potential.
