DomainStryker.com is for sale
A few weeks ago I received a buyout offer straight out of the blue from a pretty serious guy we probably all know very well… He likes everything we’ve done with DomainStryker.com this year and wants to take ownership of the Domain Stryker business so he can take it to the next level apparently.
Now, DomainStryker.com is one of my newest ventures and one that has been my “baby” since day one… Barely a year old, so not sure I wanna sell it so soon, because we’ve barely scratched the surface as to what we had originally planned and what’s still to come. So, I said “thanks but no thanks” in response to the offer.
Few days go by and I hear back from the same fella and the offer has been upped to a pretty nice number. So that got me thinking a bit… Should I sell or should I stick to the original plan? Hmm.. Now’s that is a toughie!
After a lot of debating back and forth and various lengthy discussions with some of my partners, I’ve finally decided that we should go ahead and sell. We’ve established DomainStryker.com as one of the premier domain research and investment platforms out there already… All from scratch. So we’re going to shop it around a bit, and see how the market responds.
As always I got a million things going on at any given time on the side with various private ventures, most of which you will never hear about because I am a fairly private person, so at the end of the day… I am not sure I have the time or resources needed to take DomainStryker.com to the next level and then the next level, etc.
We were suppose to do a huge update and roll out a dozen new features last month but that never happened. As shitty as it may sound, It’s simply not a top priority, because everything is pretty much on auto-pilot here with Domain Stryker so it’s easy to just keep delaying things and do all those other things on the side which are a lot more exciting and profitable too. Domain Stryker is still very much a “project” with a lot more that could be improved… But there simply aren’t enough hours in the day.

The back-end is all custom and rock solid powered by one of the best if not the best membership management software around (aMember Pro) as is the front-end which is powered by WordPress… Everything was professionally designed and customized accordingly. Basically you get everything including domains, main website, systems, members lists, etc. I am not keeping anything.
I’ll be more than happy to personally sign a non-disclosure agreement with the new owner so that everything remains confidential as well as an exclusivity + non-compete agreement so that you have peace of mind long term.
If some training is required in regards to any aspects of the operation of DomainStryker.com, we can make arrangements so that one of our senior staff will get together one way or another with you/your people and sort everything out step by step… Maybe I will even make the time and do so myself. We’ll see.
We can also provide support for up-to 30 days after the successful closing of the sale and transfer of ownership, at no charge since it’s not that big of a hassle, but only if requested. We will basically continue running the entire website on our servers “as-is” and provide lists as usual to visitors and members of DomainStryker.com to help with a smooth transition on your end… Once again, only if you need it that is.
If you are interested in acquiring DomainStryker.com, please shoot over an e-mail my way to admin at domainstryker dot com with your best offer ($125,000 minimum) and any special terms / requirements. If it’s worthy and I like what I see, we’ll have a confidentiality agreement (NDA) out to you that same day and then once you sign off on it, you will be provided with a lot more details… We can get a dialogue going and figure things out from there.
